Presenting With Confidence

Learn How To Be An Excellent Presenter

Does the thought of speaking in public make your palms sweat and your stomach turn over?

Or are you a " pretty good " speaker who could be so much better with a bit of help?

Are your presentations driven by a series of PowerPoint slides with you just supplying the commentary?

Whatever you're like now, I can make you better - by running an in - house course for your business or organisation.

Yes, I know, lots of people offer Presentation Skills courses - what's different about this one?

For one thing, this course is based on my own experience of over 30 years of public speaking and performing.

I've spoken to all kinds of gatherings, from small groups to large conferences. I've won prizes in public speaking competitions ( not something I usually mention to people, I admit )

And I can show you the techniques I use to deliver outstanding presentations every time.

Also, the course gives you a clear 10 step plan for preparing successful presentations which you can follow - it's like using a recipe to produce a great meal.

Yes, it covers the basics of how to stand up and speak, how to prepare and deliver a talk, but it also reveals more detailed tips on how to look like a professional.

It teaches you how to handle an audience and how to deal with questions.

It will help you get over your nerves about speaking in public and give you proven techniques to make sure every talk you give is a success.

You will also be offered free email and telephone follow up after the course so you can ask any questions or get some help with a particular problem.

And - I guarantee you will enjoy the experience!

Here are some of the comments from a recent course:

A 3 - Step Process

Most training starts and ends with the day of the course. This one doesn't.

There's a 3 - stage process:

  1. Discussion before the course to find out more about the needs of the participants and the work they do. Also, materials sent out to them, including pre - course questionnaires, to help them focus on what they want to get from the training.
  2. The course itself - interactive, engaging, full of practical tips.
  3. After the course, further materials sent out to supplement and reinforce what was learned, also email and telephone support is available to answer any questions people have.

We’ve all sat through dreadful presentations, including ones by people who have been on Presentation Skills courses and who are trying to follow the “ rules “ they’ve been given.

It's not about following strict rules, it's about knowing how to let your own personality shine through in the most effective way - to stand out and be different.

Learn how to make your own presentations lively, interactive and memorable.
